2) If you have purchased your Pro-Wired Electronics through another vendor, please contact them directly to discuss their returns policy.
3) It is the purchasers responsibility to cover all return shipping costs.
4) You must keep the product in new condition, with original packaging
5) Items must be sent back to the Obsidian® nominated address within 14 business days of receiving them
6) If an alternative product of a higher value is chosen, the purchaser will pay the price difference.
7) Any store credit is issued for use on the Obsidian® website, within 12 months of the original purchase.
