Nashville Tele Wiring Harness ~ 7 Way Switch

For your Three Pickup Telecaster®. The Obsidian® Custom Nashville 7-Way for Tele® adds a neck pickup 'ON' switch so you can lay your neck and bridge pickups together, or all three at once. We also build in some Obsidian® mods for crystal clear tone at all volumes, and smoother tone and volume controls.

7-WAY SWITCH // GILMOUR MOD

The sweetest bell like Strat® tone. The Obsidian® 7-Way Switch allows you to play your neck and bridge pickups together for the sweetest bell like tones, or even all three pickups together. The switch is built into your tone control by use of a push/pull pot, so no extra mods are required to your guitar.

CRYSTAL CLEAR TONE (Treble Bleed)

Retain clarity at lower volumes. To make your tone crystal clear at lower volumes we include an Obsidian® Custom spec treble bleed mod. This prevents tone 'muddiness' at low volumes by allowing high frequencies to pass along a separate path to your amp, rather than being stopped short by the increasing resistance at the volume control.

SMOOTH CONTROL

Even tone and volume control all the way from zero to ten. Obsidian® tone and volume controls incorporate carefully selected and custom-built components, as well as our own clever mods to smooth out the taper of your tone and volume controls, so you get a more even roll off all the way from zero to 10.

  • Fits: Mexican series Fender® Nashville Telecasters
  • Fits: Japanese Fender & Squiers 'Nashville' - You will need to purchase a genuine Fender USA control plate and new 1/4" knobs or ObsidianWire Control plate & Knobs
  • Knobs: Use US spec 1/4" Solid shaft controls such as ObsidianWire Knobs . We recommend that you check your knobs are the correct size and replace them if necessary.

DOES NOT FIT

  • Thinline Telecaster
  • G & L ASAT - May be fitted with adjustments to control Cavity, new genuine Fender USA control plate & new 1/4" knobs or ObsidianWire Control plate & Knobs
  • Other Guitars - We cannot guarantee that these will fit any other guitar.

Important: Aftermarket control plates will NOT fit. We recommend a genuine Fender control plate – Part Number: 099-2058-000 or ObsidianWire Control plate

There are NO additional taxes, tariffs or duties.

It is our understanding that any order below $1000AUD does not incur import duties.

United Kingdom

High-value orders, such as custom loaded pickguards, will ship via DHL, with VAT/Duties paid.

We do not currently have the ability to pay VAT on smaller economy parcels. This means that orders shipped via NZ Post/Royal Mail may incur duties at your end. 

New Zealand

G.S.T is collected at checkout, no other taxes or duties are charged.

All other locations

To all other locations, there may be duties charged by your local customs agency.
